After graduating with an RICS-accredited BSc (Hons) in Survey and Valuation, I began my career in estate agency before moving into residential surveying with a large national firm—where I worked alongside Richard, James, and Gemma.

With over 10 years’ experience, I’ve helped countless clients make confident property decisions. Joining Richard Russell Surveyors was a natural step, giving me the opportunity to focus on what matters most: delivering clear, practical advice and high-quality reports tailored to each client’s needs.

Born and raised in the Cotswolds, I’ve had the privilege of surveying everything from traditional stone cottages and barn conversions to modern homes across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and Warwickshire. I take pride in providing straightforward, dependable reports that give clients the clarity they need to move forward with confidence.
