Welcome to our residential survey and valuation services across South Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. Based here in Leamington Spa, some of the main towns we serve include Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon, Rugby, Solihull and Shirley. You can read about these here.
When I was setting up this business, I wanted to create a service that focused on you - our client. The home buying process is pretty complex and over the years I’ve seen how stressful it can be for many. So, together with my talented team, we’ve made sure that you can enjoy a simplified, smoother and happier experience from start to finish.
To achieve this, we have made the decision to regulate the number of new instructions we undertake at any given time. This allows us to spend more time on each job, enabling us to spend more time talking to our clients before and after inspections and keeping them fully informed.

Unlike other surveying companies, we can assure you that on the day of your survey we will not carry out any other survey work. That’s right. This means we can spend more time on your survey and provide you with a clear, jargon-free report featuring plenty of useful photographs and accurate detail. We dedicate the time to understand things fully, and keep you thoroughly informed throughout the whole process, so you’re always in the know.
We don't dither
Time is of the essence in property transactions, so by using the latest in property survey technology, and our exceptional customer service, all of our reports are emailed to you within two working days of the inspection. So, there’s no waiting around wondering what’s happening, leaving you free to get on with the next steps.
Our door is always open
Throughout the entire process, we’ll always be available to discuss things with you over the phone or via Zoom, at a time that suits you. And our service doesn’t end until all of your questions have been answered and you’re fully reassured.
