Hi, I’m Gemma…

My journey into surveying started in customer care, working closely with clients and surveyors to help people navigate the home-buying process. While working part-time in the industry, I completed a RICS-accredited Masters degree in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University, qualifying as a surveyor soon after. Since then, I’ve gained over five years of post-qualification experience, carrying out detailed surveys to help clients make informed decisions about their homes.

Before joining Richard Russell Surveyors, I was trained by James at a national firm, so it’s great to be working alongside him again—this time as part of a team that values quality over quantity. Here, we take the time to focus on each client, providing expert advice, clear communication, and a supportive service from start to finish.

I live in Stratford-upon-Avon and love working in an area with such a diverse mix of properties, from period homes to modern builds. Whatever type of property you're considering, my role is to give you the clarity and confidence you need to move forward.
