Joining Richard Russell Surveyors has been a natural step for me. Having worked with Richard earlier in my career, I knew we shared the same values—integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to putting clients first. That’s why I’m proud to be part of a team that takes the time to deliver a truly personal and considered service.

I started my career in property as a Building Surveyor for a firm in Birmingham, having completed a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and an HNC in Construction. Over the years, I’ve taken on senior roles, including Area Manager for a national surveying firm, but what I value most is the ability to spend more time focusing on each client—giving them clear, expert guidance to support their decisions.

Surveying homes across this beautifully varied part of the UK is always rewarding, and I enjoy helping people understand their properties with confidence. With our people-first approach, you can expect expert advice, great communication, and the highest standards of service at every step.
