Hi, I’m Jeanette

I originally joined Richard Russell Surveyors as a virtual assistant while travelling around Europe, but as the business has grown, so has my role. Now, I manage the day-to-day operations—handling phone lines, quotes, contracts, invoices, and bookings—making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

My background in property includes working as a Domestic Energy Assessor, covering government schemes like ECO, Green Deal, and the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive. This experience has given me a solid understanding of homes, which helps me support our surveyors and clients more effectively. I also keep on top of the latest technology, apps and integrations, helping to improve efficiency across the business.

I’ve been with Richard since the very beginning, and while he jokes that I have never made a mistake, I like to think my role is about making life easier for both our team and our clients—ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience from first enquiry to final report.
