Hi, I’m Jess…

I grew up in the picturesque town of Bewdley and have lived in Leamington Spa for the past 10 years with my family. Leamington’s beautiful period architecture has strengthened my long-standing interest in property, so joining Richard Russell Surveyors felt like a natural step.

Before this, I spent over 20 years working in the education sector, predominantly in early years, where I developed strong organisational skills and a people-focused approach.

As an administrator, I look after the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring clients have a smooth and stress-free experience from their first enquiry through to receiving their report. Very much a people person, I enjoy building relationships with both clients and colleagues, making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
