Hi, I’m Jess…

I grew up in Leamington Spa, where I still live today, and I’ve always had a strong interest in property. Before joining Richard Russell Surveyors, I spent over 20 years working in the education sector, predominantly in early years, developing my organisational skills and people-focused approach.

With my husband also working in property, I’ve long been a keen enthusiast myself, and I’m excited to now be part of a team where homes and people are at the heart of everything we do. As an administrator, I look after the day-to-day running of the office, making sure clients have a smooth and stress-free experience from their very first enquiry through to receiving their report.

Very much a people person, I enjoy building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
