Hi, I’m Ness.

After graduating with a BA (Hons) in English Language, I began my career as an estate agent for a national firm, following in my family’s footsteps. My grandad and cousin were both involved in the industry, and by coincidence I started out just a few doors down from my grandad’s former office on Euston Place in Leamington. It was during this time that I first met Richard — and now, 13 years later, here I am.

Since then, I’ve worked across a range of roles including marketing, events, corporate PR and, more recently, as a Partnerships Manager for a national health charity. These roles have all centred around people and communication, which, combined with my interest in property (you’ll find me browsing Rightmove most days), naturally led me to this position.

As Surveyor Support Coordinator, my role is split between supporting clients and keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Day to day, that includes managing enquiries, quotes, contracts, invoices and bookings, as well as supporting our surveyors, overseeing digital marketing and assisting with wider business processes and development. 

Having previously helped hundreds of clients navigate the home buying process, it’s great to be back supporting people with their property journey.
