When I started this business, I wanted to create a service that puts you—our client—at the centre. Buying a home is a complex process, and over the years, I’ve seen how overwhelming it can be. That’s why my team and I focus on giving you clear, professional advice that simplifies decision-making and removes unnecessary stress.

I’ve worked in property since I was 16, starting out in my family’s estate agency in Greater London. After earning a Business Management degree, I went on to complete a Masters in Surveying and qualified as a surveyor in 2013. Before setting up Richard Russell Surveyors, I held senior roles with national firms, training and mentoring surveyors, as well as overseeing report quality.

We take a deliberate approach to how we work, regulating the number of instructions we take on to ensure each client gets the attention they deserve. This means more time to talk, more thorough inspections, and ultimately, a clearer understanding of your home.
